We have had years of experience of working with the most famous masters around the world and in Turkey in many different fields such as sales, manufacturing and project management. We have held key positions in both national and international companies and projects. Our organization, which is related to these duties, has been one of the few holdings in Turkey since 1966 Uşak Karahallı, the first award in 1985 in Istanbul, the following years from Europe and one of the most prestigious Competitions in London, three times in Turkey. We have received 1st place, top 10 for years and outstanding Real Estate Awards in the World Real Estate development and architecture.

Every detail in our Architecture Landscape Projects; We decided as a result of empathic thought and brainstorming. Instead of a soulless 4 walls, we tried to create a sustainable home that is alive and living. While designing landscape architecture, we realized the joke that a person has to plant 150 trees in his lifetime in order to neutralize the carbon dioxide gas he produces.

OUR HISTORY:

Our establishment was established in 1932 in Uşak Karahallı, our great grandfather. It was carried out by Ali Işık, an intellectual, a person who reads a lot, and even said that his assistants could not grow gas from reading to gas lamps. If you examine our first office, which is known to be standing in front of our founder in the picture, you can catch the reflections of the Art deco architecture of that period, the roof parapet, and the tiled glass.

3rd generation Ali Işık continued his textile business with 15 employees in 1966 and moved the company to Istanbul in 1977. Before the first 10 years of moving to Istanbul were completed, he took the first place in Turkey on the basis of turnover for years with the distributorship of Koç Holding. managed to enter the top 10 and received the discipline of a corporate holding, established a carpet factory in Gaziantep by induction in the textile business, and made ongoing real estate and industrial investments in Istanbul, Izmir and different cities of Europe during this period when the country was experiencing coups and crises. With the understanding of "export is goodness", which is an American proverb, our regular export volume to the countries of Europe's leading brands has been increased.

Göksel Işık, who completed his university education in London and Istanbul, became the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Istanbul branch of the company in March 2001, and his company was founded in a country whose arteries are under construction, like every developing and newly restructuring country, where not a single construction permit was issued for years after the 1999 earthquake. In a market where the veins are clogged, from the moment he takes over, he outsources the textile and carpet business to other family and professional members of the company and increases the weight and equity considerably. He transferred the visionless real estate development to real estate development and carried the experience he gained in Europe and Istanbul, the composition of his successes and mistakes, to the Aegean Region and the Beautiful City of Kusadasi.

İş yaparken her zaman en yeni teknolojileri kullanmayı ve yeteneklerimizi sürekli geliştirmeyi önemsedik. İyi ve sağlıklı iletişimin, iş yapabilmek için olmazsa olmaz olduğunu tecrübeyle yaşadık.
İnsanları yargılayan bir müessese olmak yerine, iyi ekipler oluşturup, o ekiplerin en çalışkan parçası olmayı seçtik.
Bir firmada en zeki sen isen bir şeyler yanlış gidiyordur felsefesiyle yaşadık. Spora, müziğe ve sinemaya önem veren ve teşvik eden bir ekip olarak özellikle tenis, denizcilik ve kick box dallarında ödül avcısı olmayı her zaman sevmiş, turnuvaları bizzat oyuncu ve seyirci olarak takip etmiş bu vesile ile takım çalışmasının önemini daha iyi kavramış bir takım olarak ekibin en çalışkanı olmak için mücadele ettik. Fakat hep kendimizden daha uzman ve daha çalışkan insanları, daha uzman yüklenici firmaları ekibimize katma gayretinde olduk.

Mükemmele yakın ajanda kullanımımız ile meşhuruz. Sınırsız denetim ve denetlenme ile verimlilik, iyi tasarım, şantiyede daha az sorun, iyi zamanlama gibi somut kazanımlar sağladık. Mesleğimiz ile ilgili, ilgisiz üniversite dallarına, araştırma kitaplarına her zaman itibar ettik.Bunun delili ve hatırası olarak da ofislerimizde ve çalışma ofislerimizde sayısız kitaplarla dolu kütüphaneler biriktirdik.

Hatta profesyonel yüklenici firmalarımızın bulunduğu projelerimizin tüm arazilerinin sahibi olduğumuzu söylerken de; bu malikliğin, özgeçmişimizin en önemli referanslarından biri olduğunu, çözüm ortaklarımızın ve hizmet verdiklerimizin farkında olmalarının, onlara en büyük güveni verdiğini düşündük.

Bir numaralı kuralımız ’hak’ çizgisi kırmızı çizgimizdir diyerek gayrimenkul verilerimizi ustalıkla ve çok hızlı ulaşılabilir akıllı algoritmalarla donattık.Teknolojinin güvenle beraber kullanımında win win kuralının hep çalıştığını tecrübe ettik. Böylece firma kazanımlarımızın her zaman karşı tarafın da kazanımı olması; bizi tüm çözüm ortaklarımızla uzun yıllar çok mutlu ve çok verimli bir bağ içinde tutmaya devam etti.

tarİhçemİz

Kuruluşumuz 1932 yılında Uşak Karahallı'da büyük dedemiz entellektüel, çok okuyan, hatta okumaktan gaz lambalarına yardımcılarının gaz yetiştiremediğini ifade ettikleri insan Ali Işık tarafından gerçekleştirilmiştir. Resimdeki kurucumuzun da önünde durduğu bilinen ilk ofisimizi incelerseniz, o dönemin Art deco mimarisinin yansımalarını, çatı parapetini, karolajlı camları, hitabet balkonunu yakalayabilirsiniz.

3.kuşak Ali Işık 1966 yılında 15 kişilik çalışanıyla tekstil işini devam ettirmiş ve firmayı 1977 yılında İstanbul'a taşımıştır. İstanbul'a taşınmanın henüz ilk 10 yılı tamamlanmadan, Koç Holding distribütörlüğü ile ciro bazında Türkiye'de yıllarca birincilik almayı, ilk 10 a girmeyi başarmış ve kurumsal bir holdingin disiplinini almıştır. Tekstil işinde tümevarıma giderek Gaziantep’te halı fabrikası kurmuş ve memleketin darbeler, krizler yaşadığı bu döneminde İstanbul, İzmir ve Avrupa' nın farklı kentlerinde halen devam eden gayrimenkul ve sınai yatırımları yapmıştır. Bu vesileyle, " ihracat sevaptır" anlayışıyla, Avrupa'nın sayılı markalarının ülkelerine düzenli ihracat hacmimiz arttırılmıştır. Londra ve İstanbul'da üniversite eğitimini tamamlayan Göksel Işık, mart 2001 tarihinde şirketin İstanbul branchının yönetim kurulu başkanı olmuş ve şirketi; 1999 depremi akabinde yıllarca bir tek inşaat ruhsatının verilmediği, her gelişmekte, yeni yapılanmakta olan ülke gibi, atar damarları inşaat olan bir ülkenin, damarlarının tıkandığı bir piyasada, devraldığı andan itibaren; tekstil ve halı işini firmanın diğer aile ve profesyonel üyelerine outsource edip, ağırlığı ve özsermayeyi oldukça vizyonsuz kalmış olan gayrimenkul geliştirmeye aktarmış ve bu konuda Avrupa'da, İstanbul'da edindiği tecrübeyi, başarılarının ve hatalarının kompozisyonunu; Ege Bölgesine ve güzel kent Kuşadası'na taşımıştır.
